Our design services provide you with guidance throughout the design progress.
We begin by asking those questions. We then work with the team on the vision,
the style, the merchandising and operational criteria & a review of the budget.
We then develop optional schematic plans for the team’s review & input. Also
available are design elevations and optional renderings of the space.
Throughout the initial design process, we will also provide budget options.
After reviewing options, we then proceed with the preferred design in its refine
form. Once the design is finalized, we would then submit a detailed quotation
reflecting all unit dimensions & specifics including all hardware, etc. This quote
would also include shipping & installation costs.
Once processed, we will then move forward with a very detailed set of shop
drawings, including a final “keyed” plan, an electrical plan, trim & details and all
cabinetry, counters & floor fixtures for approval. This set of drawings is for site
coordination and our own fabrication & installation.
